At Avrilea we offer custom and semi-custom options.

Semi-custom options offer the ability to change the metal on an existing design from gold filled to sterling silver or solid gold.

Whilst our custom orders allows us to collaborate on a design unique to you.  Sourcing particular semi precious gemstones or tweaking a design are all options upon request.

At Avrilea we choose to work with semi-precious gemstones for all of our designs.

To compliment our semi precious gemstones, we use a combination of gold filled and gold vermeil.

Please note we only deliver to UK addresses at this time. Orders from outside of the UK are unfortunately not accepted.

We ship our orders from our studio in the United Kingdom between Monday – Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). If you have ordered after 1pm on a Friday your order will be processed the following Monday.

As our pieces are made to order please allow between 3 to 5 business days for your order to be produced and an additional 3 days to be shipped. Sometimes we may need additional time to fulfil your order, if this is the case we will email you to communicate the expected delivery timeframe. If you need your order by a specific date please email us at info@avrilea.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

We accept returns for items that are unworn & unused, and in their original packaging.

We must receive your return back at our studio within 14 days from the date you received your item for it to be accepted. Once we receive the item(s) back at our studio and we have processed your return please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your purchase please follow the returns process and place a new order.
