DELIVERY

Please note we only deliver to UK addresses at this time. Orders from outside of the UK are unfortunately not accepted.

We ship our orders from our studio in the United Kingdom between Monday – Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). If you have ordered after 1pm on a Friday your order will be processed the following Monday.

As our pieces are made to order please allow between 3 to 5 business days for your order to be produced and an additional 3 days to be shipped. Sometimes we may need additional time to fulfil your order, if this is the case we will email you to communicate the expected delivery timeframe. If you need your order by a specific date please email us at info@avrilea.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

All orders are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail.  Avrilea cannot be held accountable for any third party delays.

We are pleased to offer complementary shipping across all UK orders over £200.
