RETURNS

We accept returns for items that are unworn & unused, and in their original packaging. To begin the return process please email Client Services on info@avrilea.com stating your name, order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you our UK returns address.

Please always include your order number in your returns package and ensure you collect your tracking number when sending your return back to us.

We must receive your return back at our studio within 14 days from the date you received your item for it to be accepted. Once we receive the item(s) back at our studio and we have processed your return please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.

Please note that Avrilea does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered by the courier.

Delivery fees are non refundable and Avrilea do not currently cover return costs. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We therefore ask our customers to please choose a tracked service when sending back to us. Any return to sender fee’s will be covered by the customer and will be deducted from any refund amounts.

If your Avrilea piece is custom made, all sales are final and cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons no refunds or exchanges can be made on pierced earrings, all sales are final.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your purchase please follow the returns process and place a new order.
