At Avrilea we want to put ethics at the heart of what we do.  This is why we chose a more considered approach to production and follow a made to order model.  This method allows us to reduce unnecessary waste and avoid mass production.  We want our customers to buy better, allowing your Avrilea jewels to work  hard through the seasons to breathe new life into your existing wardrobe staples.

One of our key goals is to support local trades and the artisanal  communities that produce them.  For this reason we seek to work with small artisan families from the UK and Italy who are masters of their craft. In hopes of preserving the knowledge and skille…rd with FSC certified paper.  The FSC is a non-profit organization that promotes responsible forest management. FSC certification ensures that the fiber used in the paper production comes from forests that are managed responsibly, considering environmental, social, and economic factors.  Our gift boxes are made from 100% recycled paper fibres derived from both post-consumer waste (PCW) and industrial waste (PIW), and the box is fully recyclable.

This is just the beginning for us as we aim to improve our sustainability efforts further by constantly reviewing our supply chains, reconsidering the materials we use and the environmental impacts they pose.
